We Are The Gods of Small Things

We all want recognition for the next big brand idea, kudos for the next prestigious award – we’re lying if we say we don’t. There’s no feeling like that accolade and recognition from both peers and clients. But I think as an industry we often forget that the biggest and most significant pat on the back for a design agency comes from the invisible triumphs.  Great brand design feels inherent to the brand itself, as though the new design has always been, and always will be. A vast majority of the day-to-day design work we do is the rebrand, the redesign and the refresh. Call it what you will - the best agencies are able to create seamless design for brands, so true to the heart of their clients that consumers may notice it, but will forget in an instant that there was any other way for it to be.

Pams Herbs and Spices

"In a design refresh the Pams seasonings and grinders range has certainly been spiced up. Bold black breaks the category and the unique illustrations of Ana Petrak stand apart from the standard photography and simple type used by competitors. In keeping with the Pams personality of ‘surprise and delight’, there is something wonderfully whimsical and fun about these designs, giving a sense of enthusiasm and creative flair in the kitchen."

Suubi

"Mission of Company is two fold -  A) Empowering Africans through the encouragement of economic sustainability and creative endeavors. B) Motivating people in the west to "be the change they want to see in the world." Packaging for Light Gives Heat has always been a huge component of what we do. Since the beginning, we've been story tellers at heart. See the Trailer to our feature length film HERE. We are constantly trying to combat the idea that products like ours, from Developing Countries, have to have "handmade -ish" branding and use earth tones in everything we produce. Since the beginning we've held to the idea that we want to meet real needs in Uganda, and therefore we must meet a real markets in the West.
