Absolut Karnival

Absolut recently launch a new vodka flavor and bottle inspired by Latin America's 'carnival' festivities. The limited edition bottle features vibrated illustrations of the type of costumes you will see at the carnival. Brazilian graphic novel artist and writer Rafael Grampá collaborated with Absolut, as their ongoing Transform Today campaign.  “Absolut, like the Carnival festival itself, recognizes that we all have the power to create our own future. We are free, there are no rules, and the possibilities for transformation are infinite. The bottle design had to evoke this special Carnival feeling. So we approached one of our collaborating Transform Today artists, Rafael Grampá. His work is disruptive, lively and authentic. Not only that, he’s a native of Brazil and has experienced the transformative potential of Carnival first-hand his entire life.”  – Franz Drack, Global Marketing Director, Absolut        Related Posts:Moët & Chandon x TYSRA 'Link Your Love'Ponysaurus Brewing Co.

Mohonia Wine Labels by Jessica Hische

Art Director, Travis Henry contacted Jessica Hische to create a special label for his "clonal series" of pinot noir wines. Only 30 cases of each wine variety were produced.  "We wanted to do something for the labels that felt as special as the wine itself was. I created a MV monogram and lettered the clonal variety (the first released was 115) and then worked with their existing branding, adding custom swashes and adjusting the design. The label was then printed in two-color letterpress with a bronze foil and is breath-taking in person."        Related Posts:LibalisBarrell Craft Spirits
